• Works to the pub included HAZMAT removal, large scale strip out of over 4,000m2
• Significant structural demolition including roofand steel beam removal as well as associated masonry walls, slab removal
• Civil works to external pathways and new hardstand areas
• Accommodation included strip out to over 90 rooms, hallways, function areas and entertainment areas
• External demolition as well as excavation and civil works to external areas and pool area
